• GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
• Romanian Labour Code
• Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) standards
• Data protection laws of relevant jurisdictions

4. Report Accuracy

Mindit Consulting verifies information from official sources. However, clients accept responsibility for final hiring decisions. Any disputes about report accuracy should be reported to Mindit Consulting within 30 days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mindit Consulting is not liable for:

• Decisions made based on our reports
• Use of reports outside their intended scope
• Third-party actions taken based on our information
• Technical issues beyond our control

6. Termination

Mindit Consulting reserves the right to terminate services if:

• Client violates these terms
• Client fails to obtain proper candidate consent
• Client uses reports unlawfully
• Payment obligations are not met
